Procedure: How to Get Started

  1. Pre-Launch: Make your commitment by signing the Agreement and setting up payment, click below. You will also complete a questionnaire (which will be sent via email).

  2. Discovery Phase: Your coach reviews your responses and Action Plan before the first session. The first meeting involves reviewing your goals, desired outcomes, strengths, and areas for growth.

  3. Ongoing Monthly Coaching: Participate in four pre-scheduled, 120-minute group coaching calls, along with additional support via email and other communication channels.


    Throughout your journey, we’ll check in regularly and provide extra resources to support your progress.
